- Developing job description, preparing job advertising, perform full lifecycle of recruiting activities including, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, e.g., candidate evaluation.
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure job positions are filled within budget.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
Job Requirement: –
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree, any field.
- Proven experience as a recruitment executive or in a similar role, preferably from agency background.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for candidates as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking counterpart.
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented person.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Able to start immediately / in short notice period is an added advantage.
