    Job Description

    1. Admin work include paperwork, filling & others.
    2. Deal with sales team to make invoice for new car purchase
    3. Insurance renewal
    4.Oversee and manage the sales administration process, ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
    5. Handle the complete vehicle registration process, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
    6. Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure timely registration of vehicles.
    7. Keep up-to-date with changes in vehicle registration regulations and procedures.

    Characteristic 
    1. Discipline and can perform good attendance
    2. Can work in group 
    3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales administration system

    4. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.

    Location:
    – Puchong (IOI Business Park, nearby LRT station)
