Ansell is looking for Junior Administration cum Receptionist to be based in Cyberjaya.

In this position you will play a vital role in handling front office reception and providing administrative support which includes and not limited to variety and day to day administrative duties and executive support related tasks with very limited supervision as well as supporting the department.

What your role will be in details?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Ansell Cyberjaya Office Main Activities
  • Answer all incoming calls, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages and handle caller’s inquiries.
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving and distribution of office supplies.
  • Manage and coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services and courier stationeries inventory (FedEx, GDex, etc.)
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment and acting as point person for any issues pertaining to repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Update and maintain contact lists, issue car stickers to new hires and issue visitors’ tag.
  • Manage and ensure visitors are registered at our Envoy system.
  • Ensure office & facilities supplies and sundries are regularly audited and replenished as required.
  • Manage all couriers, security lists and building access and maintenance requests.
  • Responsible for keeping the reception area and front office area meeting/training rooms organized and “straightened up” after meetings and at the end of each day.
  • Coordinating other ad hoc office matters as necessary.
  • To observed company’s rules and regulations, disciplinary procedures and any general instructions issued by the management from time to time.
  • To actively involve and participate in all safety matter relating to the company.
  • To perform any other tasks as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

What you will bring?

  • Candidate with SPM / qualification having related working experience.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Self-motivated, good communication, good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
