Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
2. Documentation: Create Sales Orders, Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices using Iscala accounting software.
3. Delivery coordination : coordination of incoming and delivering of goods. including checking, labeling, packing, and sending goods.
4. Data Entry: Enter Supplier Purchase Orders and Invoice numbers into ZohoCRM.
5. Portal Management: Key in and upload DO, Invoice, and Service Reports into the designated customer portal.
6. Tendering Process: Assist in the preparation of tendering and sebutharga bidding processes.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role
2. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Iscala accounting software and ZohoCRM.
3. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa Melayu and English
5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
