Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls, greeting visitors.
  • Monitor cleaner task to ensure cleanliness and organized office environment.
  • Raise purchase order, coordinate with contractor for maintenance & services (pest control, landscaping, lift, air-con) and inventory of office equipment and supplies to ensure they are readily available and utilized effectively.
  • To get quotation and source for best price.
  • To assist in GDMPD to ensure all documents are updated and in proper file. 
  • Ensure the meeting room is well set-up with drinking water, and coffee/tea. Refreshments such as lunch and tea breaks are to be served upon request. The meeting room should be in a well-kept manner before and after each meeting.
  • Organize and plan various internal company events (annual dinner, employee training and staff welfare).
  • Collect mail from mailbox and distribution to relevant department. 
  • To manage office decoration during cultural festive seasons.
  • Ensuring company licenses and insurance renewal on time & compliance with government requirements.
  • Checking and data entry for sales claims report. 
  • To perform ad hoc task assigned by immediate superior as and when necessary.

Job Requirement :

  • Strong planning and organizing skills, independent, result-orientated, and a team player.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.

Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point
  • Fresh Grads are welcome to join us!
  • No working experience is required as training on the job will be provided.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to start work as soon as possible.
