Admin Assistant

Responsibility

  • Key in and print customer data into the company’s system and any system involved in delivering the product.
  • Manage customer order quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure delivery process is done properly.
  • Deal with any third parties that are involved in stock management properly.
  • Count on inventory in and out accurately.
  • Take good care of the company’s property so that no damage or loss occurs.
  • Responsibility in any ad hoc task given.

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and under minimum supervisions
  • Able to meet tight deadline
  • Must possess own transport for working purpose.
  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
