- Candidate must prossess at least a SPM/STPM/mininum 2 years of relevant experience admin/credit control in related field.
- Good command in English as this role required to liaise with others parties
- Able to start work immediately be added advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Updating accounting records and entering data/journal entries the accounting system.
- Managing general accounting tasks such as processing invoices,data entery, preparing payment vouchers and statement of accounts.
- Assisting with daily operations and maintaining organized document filling within the accounts department.
- Attending to customers requests and inquiries
- Answer,screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- In-charge for office equiment,office supplies for stationery & refreshment.
- Providing administration support in Admin,including staff petty cash and other department admin matters.
