Admin cum Operation Executive

  • RM 2,500 – RM 3,000 per month

As an Admin cum Operation Executive, you will be the key person in developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filling system

You will play an important role in

  • Attending to customers’ requests and inquiries.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc issues/duties that are assigned from time to time.
  • Ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environment policies
  • Handling orders by the system, email, sales/marketing team, etc.
  • Coordinating with warehouse and logistic department to ensure good delivery to customers promptly and effectively.
  • Inventory monitoring experience 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least a Diploma, Degree in any field.
  • 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, planner, logistic arrangement
  • Experience in ISO 9001 will be advantageous.
