Job Description

  • Provide support to the accounting department by handling general accounting tasks.
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
  • Handling paperwork such as generate quotation / invoice / receipt / etc.
  • Provide back-end administration support for operation and sales team. 
  • Ensure good coordination and high level of service to customers. 
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems.
  • Able to perform after working hour, Public Holiday & any others Festival for adhoc task.
  • Multi-tasker, fast learner, independent, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
