Admin Assistant

Key Accountabilities:

  • To provide general administrative support and clerical activities.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain and update relevant data and records
  • Update minutes of meeting on weekly basis
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, printing and editing of the valuation report and other relevant documents for submission to the bank, etc.
  • To be responsible for monitoring and ordering the printing materials and office supplies for department

You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by the Branch Manager

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Valuation / Property Management / Real Estate or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa
  • Responsible, proactive, polite and pleasant personality
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Preferably specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates is encourage to apply
