Job Description:
- Monitoring of tasks and duties on each functional area
- Ensure procedures, compliance and regulations are enforced
- Dispute resolution within and outside the team
- Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
- Continuously improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Evaluate the warehouse process and come-up for improvement
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Requirements:
- More than 10 years experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, courier services industry or similar capacity.
- Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with your team responsibility.
- Proven analytical skills and operational management skills.
- Attention to detail in Productivity Management.
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills in Local Language and English.
- Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment.
- Working location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
