Job Description
- Perform manual/automated software testing on TV products
- Evaluate development quality for various functions that may include media, broadcast and OTT (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon PV, etc)
- Conduct investigation for identified defects as requested by superiors
- Raise and submit software bugs into defect management system (JIRA) and ensure all information provided is complete and accurate
- Ensure test cases/scripts, test environment, test equipment and test data are available prior to tests for respective assigned scope
- Support user based exploratory test based on market trend whenever assigned
- Support market issue troubleshooting with Market Quality team whenever necessary
- Generate periodic test reports and summaries for test leaders
Job Requirement
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Software/E&E/Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Science or IT or equivalent.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge in Python programming is added advantage.
- Able to work overtime when necessary.
- Willing to work at Bandar Baru Bangi.
