- matching of invoices against delivery orders, sub-contractor bills etc and key in into system.
- issue of invoices of progressive claims, retention sums due.
- submission of invoices to client’s i.e by email and/or thru web portals.
- follow up payment from clients to update for cashflow planning.
- handling of full set account in construction sector.
- prepare monthly management meeting.
- review of GL before closing and preparing of audit schedules & sending out files for conduct yearly audit.
- computation of estimate tax prior to tax revision due dates.
- liaise with i.e. banker, lawyers, company secretary for dealing with banking facilities matters, purchase of assets etc.
- maintain of fixed assets register.
