Operations Executive

Primary Duties
· Operational Efficiency: Manage and oversee inventory, stock take, and logistics related to alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline inventory processes for efficient stock management.

 · Business Development Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the business, develop new markets, and build relationships with potential clients or partners. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth. 

· Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize numerical data and analytics to generate insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for inventory, sales, and market trends. Implement improvements based on data driven decisions to optimize operations and enhance business outcomes. 

· Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards related to alcoholic beverages. Monitor and maintain adherence to legal requirements, safety protocols, and quality control measures across operations.

 · Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Address customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.

 · Passion for F&B and Alcoholic Beverages: Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and emerging preferences within the F&B and alcoholic beverage sector. Demonstrate enthusiasm for the products and maintain a deep understanding of the diverse range of beverages offered.

· Strong numerical and analytical skills for inventory management and data analysis. 

· Passion for the F&B industry and a keen interest in alcoholic beverages. 

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. 

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. 

· Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accuracy and quality in all tasks. 

· Prior experience in operations, business development, or a related field within the F&B industry is preferred.
