Job Responsibilities:
- Strong computer skills including: Adobe Photoshop (basic), Google Sheets, Google Docs and Apple Mac and be comfortable to learn new systems.
- Able to handle administration and accounts works such as data entry, reports & etc.
- Extremely high attention to detail and be highly organized.
- Passionate about making things run smoothly and efficiently.
- Ad-hoc tasks given by the superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounts/Business Studies/Management/Administration.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good time management.
- Effective communication skills – clear, concise and positive.
- Demonstrated personal effectiveness and interest in developing new skills and knowledge.
- Extremely meticulous and be highly organised.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
