HR & Admin Executive – BANDAR BARU BANGI, SELANGOR

• RM 2,400 – RM 3,600 per month

1. Administrative support: This includes manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence & maintain office equipment.
2. Communication: Servce as a liaison between management & employees, facilitate effective communication channels & disseminate important information regarding policies, procedures & organisational changes.
3. Continuous improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement solutions to enhance efficiency & effectivemess within the HR & Admin functions.
4. Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts & disciplinary issues in compliance with company policies & legal regulations. Promote a positive work environemnt & foster employee engagement.
5. Payroll administration: Oversee payroll process, including calculate wages, manage deductions & ensure timely payments.
6. Record management: Maintain accurate & up to date employee records, including personal information, attendance & performance evaluations. Ensure confidentiality & security of sensitive HR data.
7. Recruitment & onboarding: Participate in the recruitment process & facilitate the onboarding process for new hires & trainees.
8. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs & workshops to enhance employee skills & knowledge. Identify training needs within the organisation & organise relevant leaning opportunities.
