About the Role
Join a Dynamic Team of Communications Experts!
We are offering a 6-month internship opportunity to be part of our vibrant Swift Operational Communications team. You’ll gain valuable experience working alongside a diverse and international team of seasoned professionals.
What You’ll Do
· Actively participate in meetings with requestors to gather and understand their communication needs.
· Assist in building accurate contact lists.
· Help with proofreading communications to guarantee clarity and error-free delivery.
· Building and sending out communications.
· Create post mailing analytics and analyze key metrics like bounce rate, click rate, delivery rate, etc.
· Support the team with content creation and management of Swift.com.
Qualities We Seek
· Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program at a university.
· Active listener.
· Detail-oriented.
· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
· You are a team player who is eager to learn from experienced professionals.
· You are diligent, well-organised, and have a continuous improvement mindset.
· You have a can-do attitude and apply common sense.
· You’re comfortable voicing your ideas.
