The Operations Executive will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail pharmacy outlets This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service and will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, optimize resources, and drive business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
- Conducting stock audit and ensuring constant replenishment of stocks done by outlets.
- Perform documentation process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and minimize risks.
- Perform outlet visit and coordinate events flow (mall events, warehouse sales, outlet sales, etc), and support cashier when it is necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven more than 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or pharmacy industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
- Flexibility to travel and work during public holidays and weekends as needed.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
