Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Account Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with accounting tasks such as invoicing, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process transactions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Business/Management or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
