What you will do
- Assist in managing and coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks and operations efficiently.
- Handle emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments, including arranging meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist in organizing company events, including logistics, catering, and communication with attendees.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested.
- Handle routine correspondence and manage routine follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with other team members on special projects, initiatives, ad-hoc duties as and when required.
What you will need
- Currently enrolled in a diploma / degree program in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Detail-oriented, neat and organized.
- Maintain office ethics and confidentiality.
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required.
