Internship – Process Technologist (Intake June/July)

This position will be based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
This is an internship role under Process Technologist supervision to initiate develop, test and optimize (new or improved) processes, track deviations from standards and ensure compliance to quality standards, in line with the applicable SHE&Q and operations guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide analyses of current production processes, evaluate bottlenecks and advise regarding improvements in processes, techniques and procedures, and ensure implementation after approval (through initiating and leading projects).
- Project scope including reducing water, chemical and energy consumptions (include sustainability elements), reducing of material losses, improving OEE and product quality of production lines.
- Develop and describe technology standards/guidelines, monitor the compliance of processes/products to these standards/guidelines and if necessary take measures.
- Participating in HACCP and HAZOP studies (DQ phase).
- Reporting process performance in production team meetings; monitoring results of produced product as required.
- Participating in Root Cause Analyses / troubleshoot activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, process & food engineering, food technology or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Able and comfortable to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Enstek.
