Job Description :
- To perform troubleshooting on issues encountered by clients and resolve problem occurred
- To answer customer enquiry on time
- Maintain existing customer with good rapport
Job Requirements:
- Duty on Shift basis. Every week can rest for 2 days (day not fixed).
- Familiarize with basic internet network knowledge and statistical computerize operation
- Good communication skill and strong teamwork cooperation spirit
- Fast Learner and capable to work under stress environment
- Priority given to candidate with customer service experience or internet related industry experience
- Full Training provided
- Language required : Mandarin (can write and speak)
- Diploma Cert or Degree in Computer Science, IT or Information System relevant is preferred. Other field graduates are welcomed too
