ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
• To perform all administrative duties as assigned.
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Accept the tasks delegated by the manager
• Ensure all tasks given are handled professionally and completed in a timely manner.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Languages : Mandarin is an added advantage
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
