Admin Assistant – SELANGOR
- To coordinate daily functions of receiving, sorting, and coordinating with company logistics driver with the packing and delivery process
- Preparing Quotation and Invoicing
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, organized, and well-stocked store.
- To assist store Supervisor in stock take and procurement process.
- Any other office administrative duties, as and when assigned occasionally.
- All documents are filled in daily and kept accordingly
Requirements
- SPM(with few years experience)/Cert/Diploma/Degree
- Computer basics(Excel & Word)
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- 2 years of experience in office admin, and experience in the Medical Industry will be an advantage.
- Able to provide excellent customer service.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and a team player
