Admin Assistant – SELANGOR

  1. To coordinate daily functions of receiving, sorting, and coordinating with company logistics driver with the packing and delivery process
  2. Preparing Quotation and Invoicing
  3. Maintaining a clean, orderly, organized, and well-stocked store.
  4. To assist store Supervisor in stock take and procurement process.
  5. Any other office administrative duties, as and when assigned occasionally.
  6. All documents are filled in daily and kept accordingly

Requirements

  1. SPM(with few years experience)/Cert/Diploma/Degree
  2. Computer basics(Excel & Word)
  3. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  4. 2 years of experience in office admin, and experience in the Medical Industry will be an advantage.
  5. Able to provide excellent customer service.
  6. Able to work with minimum supervision and a team player
