Junior Cloud Support Engineer with Python/R and Data Science Background x 1
JOB DESCRIPTION
Mandatory Skills
· Recent experience in Data Science
· Previous exposure to AWS/Azure is a plus
· Experience in an application support role for at least one year or a previous data science experience with good knowledge of Python/R/C#.
· Experience in SQL is a plus
· Knowledge of Data Ingestion and Visualisation
· Dynamic individual with a thirst to learn
· Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
· Ownership oriented and able to meet SLAs with no compromise on the quality of the work
Requirements
· Must be a graduate of Bachelor of IT or Data Science
· Must have IT background intermediate knowledge, and hands on experience with Data extraction, transforming, loading and visualisation.
· Need to have an eagerness to learn new skills and perform with commitment
This position will focus on supporting our USA customers and involve shift work.
· Shift Timing (including one-hour break)
– Morning shift, 6am to 3 pm
– Afternoon shift, 2pm to 11 pm
– Night shift 10 pm to 7 am
· 20% extra loading will be added to the base salary for the shift work.
· Rotational shift – the average number of night shifts per month will be ten days per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
· Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Requirements:
· Python: min 1 year
· Bachelor of IT or Computer/Data Science (Average marks: 75%)
