Admin, Accounts & HR Assistant – JOHOR BAHRU
Admin and Accounts
Assist in preparation of full set of the accounts including cash book, petty cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general journals entries etc. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, year-end financial reports with accuracy and effectively meeting the targeted timeline. Assist in taking care of the day-to-day banking, administrative and accounting activities and ensure all tasks are carried out smoothly. Assist in liaising with both internal and external parties including local government ministries, bankers, auditors, tax agents, solicitors, company secretary and suppliers for all financial and administrative related matters. Assist in Inventory control, handle monthly and yearly stock count processes. Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures as well as government and local authorities’ rules and regulations. Other duties as assigned by management.
Human Resources
Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies). Updating HR databases (new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves). Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves. Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting field. Fresh graduates will also be considered. Required language(s): English and Malay. Self-discipline and passionate about work. Work hard, seriously up and have a strong sense of responsibility. Required skill(s): Knowledge in NAV accounting system would be advantage, strong numerical, analytical and computer Literate. Qualifications: STPM / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration (Finance) and Human Resources etcs. Work Location: Nusajaya Technology Park, Iskandar Puteri. 5 working days Mon to Friday 9:00 – 18:00
