Accounts and Administrative Assistant – JOHOR BAHRU
JOB SCOPE:
• Handle partner’s enquiries via emails and other Social Chat Platforms
• Payments to overseas partners and vendors
• Source for appropriate partners and vendors by online research and calling
• Prepare purchase orders, request for quotations, book inventory planning and logistics.
• Weekly and Monthly Activity Summary and Expense Report
• Liaise with suppliers, printers, logistics companies, overseas and local ministry partners
• Uploading of ministry activities daily to Instagram and video editing for uploads to YouTube
• Computer data entry
• Assisting in accounting duties
• Responsible for packing and clerical duties
• Other ad-hoc admin work
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree holder in Business or Accounting
• Preferably have relevant work experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
• Proficient in UBS, AutoCount, MYOB, Excel, Word.
• Good working attitude, willing to learn and work hard.
• Must have initiative and able to work independently.
• Must be willing to sign a 3-year contract for this role.
