Job Description
- Able to handle day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Process HR’s documentation (Personal File, Leave Records, Attendance, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion & etc).
- Assist in payroll preparation which includes Salary, Overtime, Allowance & Deduction.
- Maintains management guideline and Human Resource Policies.
- Responsible for day to day administrative assignments given by superior.
Job Requirement
- Possess Certificate or Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent qualification.
- Organized, disciplined, self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Possess strong sense of commitment and time management.
- Ability to SPEAK IN MANDARIN
- Required Languages : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
