Accounts Officers/Clerks (Accounting) – JOHOR BAHRU
Requirements:-
- Minimum SPM, LCCI higher or Diploma in Accounting with good attitude.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel applications. Experience in using ACCPAC System will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of people.
Task and Responsibilities: –
– Preparing monthly accounts and reporting.
– prepare payments, amounts and ensure records are correct.
– Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
– Recording and filing cash/bank transactions.
– Controlling credit and chasing debt.
– Invoice processing and filing.
– Processing expense requests for the superior to approve.
– Bank reconciliation.
– Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
– Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
