Admin Executive – KUALA LUMPUR
- Perform general day-to-day administration duties such as filing, copying, scanning, emailing and etc.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Arranging, monitoring & ordering of pantry supplies, stationeries, toiletries, and inventory for the office on a monthly basis.
- Maintain & ensure pantry replenishment in a timely manner.
- Overseeing & monitoring office environment and equipment.
- Assisting in planning & executing company events & activities such as team bonding, monthly gatherings, festival planning and etc.
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks when assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Possess great interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Good working attitude and responsiveness.
- A self-starter, fast learner, and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, MANDARIN, English. Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ, and WRITE in MANDARIN) to liaise with China colleagues & customers.
- Able to start work immediately.
