CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE – BERANANG, SELANGOR
Responsibilities:
1. Support the coordination and management of the marketing team, ensuring smooth and efficient production and marketing of products.
2. Process invoices and coordinate shipment orders and communicate updates to customers as necessary.
3. Coordinate with the sales team, production, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
4. Take responsibility for collecting outstanding sales debts and payments in accordance with the company’s credit control policies.
5. Communicate with the internal Production Department regarding delivery arrangements.
6. Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s annual marketing goals and budget.
7. Perform assigned duties and any other relevant tasks in different locations as needed by the company.
Requirements:
• Education : Degree/Diploma in Sales/Business or equivalent
• Experience : 1 year related experience and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Fluent in writing and Excellent speaking in Mandarin. Key role requires candidate to support Corporate Clients & Suppliers from China and Oversea.
