Job Description
- Plan, Organize lead and control Production Molding department to achieve schedule and delivery;
- Develop performance measure for production personnel;
- Establish proper job methods and job instruction to support the needs to achieve quality objective;
- Periodical meeting with subordinates to ensure understanding of production objectives and suggestions;
- Execute productivity program such man power utilization;
- Meet ISO 9001 operational standard at all times;
- Continuously explore and implement instructions to improve the performance of the sections so as to achieve customer’s need;
- Manage and control the molding production to accomplish department goals;
- Identify training needs for subordinates, review available training programs and schedule to be trained;
- Maintain quality awareness among employees;
- Maintain housekeeping and safety practices;
- Manage and execute project (duties) as assigned by management;
- Ensure production and service provision includes Business Unit – medical device are carried out under planned and controlled condition as stated in the work order or any customer specific requirements;
- Ensure hygienic control, good 5’s for medical device production / processes where applicable;
- Participate on Medical Device related Risk Management planning and reporting, and also managing action relate to advisory notice ;
- Implementation of defined operations for labelling and packaging for medical device where applicable;
- Ensure production follow social compliance rules and regulation management system;
- To lead, educate under your subordinates to continually increase awareness on social compliance rules and regulation;
Job requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 5 year(s) working experience in the related field;
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 13485 Medical Device Standard;
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive, self-disciplined and highly motivated individual;
- Knowledge in FMEA and Risk Assessment technique (MD);
- Experience in handling of plastic injection molding machine will be added advantage;
