Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Coordinates and executes Branded Stores, build back end operational matters which is related to store building. Ensure store build plan meeting timeline is being followed within approved budget and internal control.
- Retail related reports, tracking and analysis such as Monthly Retail File, No of stores update, address/ listing update, Retail Productivity calculation. Ensures proper documentation and filing of all approvals and agreement (System and Manual).
- Administration and coordination of Branded Retail related activities and campaign. Such as Branded Conference, Branded trip, Store Opening and Relaunch event, Preferred Supplier, sourcing of branded store uniform, Branded council meeting and activities.
- To check, score and update branded stores on store upkeep check list (store quality and cleanliness).
- Involve and ensure smooth execution of retail related activities.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years in Marketing or Retail executive experience. Store Operational exposure.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities.
- Good communication skill.
