Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Generate delivery order and invoices
• Arrange and follow up courier or transporter to pick up orders
• Pick up calls from customers, send & reply customer emails.
• Handling Shopee customer’s enquiries
• Any other duties as required by management.
Job requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize tasks
