Job Responsibilities
· Attending and guiding visitors (Phone call or physical visit).
· Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning and making copies of documents.
· Providing support to department members and superiors as needed.
· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
· Assist General Manager on claims, paperworks related matter.
· Other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed from time to time.
Job Requirements
· Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
· Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
· Language requirements include proficiency in both standard English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for both writing and reading skills, as the role is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates.
