Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area , Fresh graduate are most welcome.
- Diploma or equivalent and above ; College/University degree preferred
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malaysia preferred.
- Proven admin or assistant experience will be added value
- Computer literacy skills is a must, operation basis software and Microsoft office
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel
- Excellent time management skill and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Willing to learn & fast learner
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some position will need mandarin as mandatory, as candidate need to assist overseas customer
Responsibility
The candidate would have to work both event and clerical task in office or on event site.
Event Support Task
- Willing to work after working hour, weekend & public holiday.
- Willing to travel/outstation upon request
- Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled events
