Job Description
Job Scopes:
1. To key in and check supplier invoices, staff claims and petty cash claims.
2. To liaise with outlet/supply chain/supplier if there is any misstatement
3. To make sure filing is done
4. To assist finance department for any admin matter
5. To assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments, and related duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Pursuing a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Good organizational and coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to prioritize and adhere to deadlines.
