Position Overview:
We are seeking an Internal Operation (Livestream Admin) staff member to join our team. In this role, your main responsibilities will revolve around data analysis, live room observation, client requirements management, and product details management for livestreams. You will also be responsible for scheduling host timetables and controlling the livestream. Your role will involve reading and analyzing backend data to gain valuable insights, improving selling skills, and making informed decisions. Training will be provided to help you effectively leverage this data. Additionally, you will collaborate with other hosts to ensure a seamless and engaging livestream experience for the audience.
Responsibilities:
- Read and analyze backend data to gain insights into the performance of our livestreams.
- Observe live room sessions and ensure smooth operations and technical aspects.
- Manage client requirements and effectively communicate with clients to meet their needs.
- Coordinate and manage product details for livestreams, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
- Schedule host timetables and coordinate with hosts to ensure proper coverage and timely livestream sessions.
- Collaborate with other hosts to control the livestream and manage technical aspects, such as pinning product details and coordinating interactions.
- Continuously improve selling skills based on data analysis and feedback.
- Support other administrative tasks related to livestream operations, as needed.
Requirements:
- Clear thinking, good network sensitivity, and the ability to capture client requirements effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Specify proficiency level for each language).
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a positive work attitude and an innovative spirit.
- Ability to read and analyze data to make informed decisions and improve selling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and agility to handle unexpected situations during livestreaming operations.
- Passionate about work, with a strong project coordination ability and high professional quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
