What you’ll be doing
- Handling inbound calls and emails from customers in Hong Kong and China.
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records.
What we’re looking for
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve customer issues
- Proficient in using computer systems and software application.
