Job Description:
- Assist superior in maintaining and administering a proper Account Receivable for Company
- Daily follow up with customers and outlet on payments and properly captured in the books
- Process Invoice, Debit and Credit Note
- Monitor and reconcile all payment received
- Provide monthly statement of accounts to customers
- Report on overdue Invoices and generate reminders for overdue accounts and provide for bad debts
- Liaise with respective person in charge on matters relating to price rebate or discount to be given
- To perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time
- GL functions are maintained in proper order and up to date
Qualifications:
- Experience in Accounting, strong Microsoft Office
- Good team player, discipline, fast learner
