Description
To ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies (Pantry & Stationery) and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
To ensuring all company Vehicle are maintaining and in good condition
To assist maintain, arrange and record the vehicle usage
To handles expenses and billing cycles
To overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
To organize and setting up staff workstation
To coordinating logistics & facilities for events
To assist administrative supports in order to ensure no disruptions to the department operation
To maintain Ensure all documentation and Standard Operating Procedure for Petty Cash has been adhered
To ensure and monitor all assets are recorded and barcoded in the asset register
To co-ordinate asset condition inspections and assessments, and assist in developing asset renewal and maintenance programs
To manage the transfer of inter organisational assets.
To assist procurement when required
Undertakes any duty other duties as and when required by superiorCompany
