Job Description
L&T, Malaysia’s leading distributor and marketer of specialty lubricants and RFID lubricating systems established since 1994. We invite positive, innovative and hardworking candidates to join us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming calls, e-mail enquiries and resolve client’s requests
- Handle daily office operations such as preparing quotation, sales order, delivery orders and invoices
- Data entry and documentation task
- Other related administrative ad hoc task assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Pleasant personality, self-motivated and team work
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
