Order Management Specialist – KUALA LUMPUR
Job description
• Responsible for order fulfillment for countries, ensuring all orders are submitted per sales department request
• Review and validate all order paperwork submitted to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Enter and process all incoming orders request accurately and timely
• Process orders in system in time and ensure orders key in system are correctly
• Drive the monthly pipeline review process and preparation of the Region Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Support monthly pipeline reviews and operating rhythm
• Execute actions in system for order billings, termination, adjustment etc, per request sent from sales department
• Work with all parties to ensure smooth daily operations
• Input the data to internal systems and ensure all data reflected in system correctly
• Processing of Sales Orders in accordance to company‘s terms and conditions
• Provide effective support for audit purpose
• Any other general support and administration duties assigned by reporting manager
Job requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Possess at least 2 years relevant experience in order management/orders processing
• Can write and speak fluently in madiran and English
• Strong analytics and business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• PC literacy plus good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have good interpersonal, self-starter and detail oriented
• Fast learner – ability to manage complexity and a fast business pace
• Strong ability to engage, influence and motivate key internal and external stakeholders to work towards a common goal
