Job Description
Payroll
- Responsible for daily payroll and admin activities, including processing timely and accurate payroll (daily, weekly, monthly and off cycle). This includes input of manual pay items & salary sacrifice items, reimbursement & other compensation calculations.
- Reconcile daily, weekly and monthly payroll transactions and resolve any discrepancies;
- Prepare monthly payroll reports;
- Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of the annual employees income tax submission;
- Assist in reviewing and making improvement for payroll process if necessary;
- To provide prompt advice on payroll and compensation enquiries;
- Participate in human resources related projects and initiative as required.
HR Operations
- Prepare letter of offers and maintain employees’ employment records;
- Prepare HR reports
Experience & Requirements
Candidate should possess a Degree in any field.
Prior experience in payroll is an advantage.
Able to support multiple demands independently and meticulously.
Strong organisation skills to handle large amount of paperwork.
Ability to work on your own initiative under a dynamic environment.
Able to cope well in a dynamic, fast-pace and challenging work environment.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work efficiently.
