Due to expansion, we are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following positions:
Responsibilities:
- Handling air tickets for all including foreign worker and expatriate returning back to their home country.
- Coordination and arrangement of various work meetings within the company.
- Classification and archiving of company important document.
- Company gift management and gift store stock take & company honors and awards management.
- Company stamp management, company license management and annual license renewal.
- Other task assigned by General Manager or Director.
Requirements:
- Degree in Administration, Secretarial, Business Management or equivalent.
- Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
- High degree of integrity maturity and pleasant personality.
- Good interpersonal and able to communicate to all level managements.
- Ability to fulfill corporate mission.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
