Job Description

To Coordinate and Follow up with Operations on Tenant Move Out / Tenant Booking and key into System, Tenant Refunds. Must be a detailed person with basic finance / accounts basic / relevant experience.

Fresh Grads/Juniors Encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

1. To update data/work done (Data Entry) into Computer (Microsoft Excel/word, email etc), key in data quickly and correctly into Booking and Move Out system (Training Provided)

2. Follow up with the Team for information (make appointment, follow up dateline etc)

Experience in Admin Support/Telesales/Accounts Admin is an added advantage or relevant experience. Experience using Microsoft Excel

Able to start work Immediately / 1-2 weeks notice

Work Location: Midvalley City, KL

Requirement

Detailed Person

Basic knowledge in Admin accounts (Accounts cert / Account Diploma / Cert / LCCI / Finance etc) OR ANY Cert/Diploma in related fields

Good Communication and work as a TEAM
