Overseas Growth Operations Executive – KUALA LUMPUR

Job Description:

Responsible for overseas B2C user growth operations, planning innovative growth activities based on business trends and market hotspots. Respond quickly to changes in market demand and provide targeted operational strategies to attract new users and promote user engagement.
Explore new ways to grow our owned traffic, responsible for retrieving and re-engaging with private traffic for secondary conversions.
Continuously explore strategies for private traffic conversion, develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for conversion, plan various operational activities, and collaborate with technology teams to ensure revenue generation from traffic conversion.
Implement fine-grained user segmentation based on user behavior and user tags, control key conversion points, and continuously optimize operational actions at each stage of conversion, retention, and user engagement, aiming to improve conversion efficiency across all funnels.
Establish a user operations data system, provide data insights for user growth through continuous monitoring and analysis of data.
Build a user operations product system, utilize various growth tools to continuously improve operational and conversion efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher, with experience in overseas private traffic conversion preferred.
Strong data analysis skills, utilizing experiments and data-driven decision-making for rapid iteration and optimization.
Ability to think independently and critically, innovative mindset, willingness to challenge the status quo, pursuit of excellence, strong ability to handle pressure, and high execution capabilities
