Job Description

Administrative Executive Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office general purchases
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
  • Makes travel arrangements for staff and/ or worker such as visa applications, booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
  • Manages office renovation, maintenance and repair, mailing, and equipment procurement
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Supports legal related matters, renewal of road tax, insurance and ad-hoc task
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in administrative or office management experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
