Job Description

  1. To prepare documentation and data entry for permit renewal and special passes for foreign workers.
  2. To monitor renewal statuses based on online system and update to boss. 
  3. To arrange and purchase insurance for foreign workers. 
  4. To prepare service agreement for outsourced workers.
  5. To register workers for SOCSO. 
  6. To purchase FOMEMA for foreign workers.
  7. To register workers for CIDB and coordinate for card collection. 
  8. Data entry for monthly invoices and expenses of the company. 
  9. To coordinate collection of renewed permits and document records for each worker according to checklist. 
  10. To issue invoice for payments on daily basis. 
  11. To check payments agains bank statements and finalise payment records for workers. 
  12. Maintain a clean environment of office. 
  13. Monitor stationary and resources supply for the office and inform Manager to restock. 
  14. To work hand in hand with boss and Manager for updates and completion of tasks weekly. 
  15. Ad hoc as required.
