Human Resource Executive (Fresh Graduates) – KUALA LUMPUR
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager to study fair and competitive compensation packages and reward programmers for all levels of staff.
- Develop and manage the Gantt chart timeline for all tasks assigned in compensation and benefits.
- Record and report on the effectiveness of team progress reports
- Assist in HR events and projects
- Suggest the possible course of action to be taken to improve the existing plans.
- Keep track of employment records and ensure they are updated before the cut-off date of payroll processing.
- Assist in conducting annual performance appraisals.
- Support the distribution of pay and benefits information to the employees.
- Respond to any internal and external Compensation and Benefits related inquiries.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior and/or the management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.2
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel
- Independent with analytical thinking skills
