Human Resource Executive (Fresh Graduates) – KUALA LUMPUR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Manager to study fair and competitive compensation packages and reward programmers for all levels of staff.
  • Develop and manage the Gantt chart timeline for all tasks assigned in compensation and benefits.
  • Record and report on the effectiveness of team progress reports
  • Assist in HR events and projects
  • Suggest the possible course of action to be taken to improve the existing plans.
  • Keep track of employment records and ensure they are updated before the cut-off date of payroll processing.
  • Assist in conducting annual performance appraisals.
  • Support the distribution of pay and benefits information to the employees.
  • Respond to any internal and external Compensation and Benefits related inquiries.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior and/or the management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.2
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel
  • Independent with analytical thinking skills
